An amazing 4-days wine tour is an unforgettable journey, where along with the visits to the glorious capital Tbilisi you will have a week of trip to Georgian cities and villages. Each settlement is famous for its old-time landmarks, unforgettable landscapes and original local traditions. But the main zest of the tour is legendary Georgian wines and cheeses tasting. 
Your wine tour will take you to Eastern Georgia, Kartli and Kakheti regions.  Prepare for complete immersion into the wine culture of two of Georgia’s most astonishing regions. Glimpse through time as you’re introduced to rich historical sites and cities as well as timeless traditional customs such as the rare polyphonic music and dancing performances, while gaining a deep understanding of the Georgian kitchen and table. Embark on a journey to discover the oldest winemaking technique in the world, and taste its products along with typical local dishes that you’ll learn to prepare yourself. This three-day immersion with Taste Georgia will leave you feeling right at home at any dinner table in the country.

Tbilisi - Gori - Uphlistsikhe - Chardakhi - Tbilisi
Transfer from Tbilisi to Mtskheta, ancient capital of Georgia, visit Jvari monastery of 6th century and Svetitskhoveli Cathedral of 11th century - UNESCO World Heritage sites. Afterwards we`ll visit Iago Bitarishvili`s wine cellar, located in the village of Chardakhi.for lunch and wine tasting. After wine tasting we`ll drive to Gori to visit Stalin Museum, afterwards we`ll continue in Uplistsikhe Cave town (II - Ist millennium BC). On the way back, we`ll visit Jvari monastery of 6th century and Svetitskhoveli Cathedral in Mtskheta - UNESCO World Heritage sites. Drive back to Tbilisi. Dinner in a restaurant

Tbilisi - village Manavi - David Gareja monastery - Sighnaghi
Drive to the wine region of Kakheti - one of the must-visit venues to get a fascinating insight into the traditions and secrets of Georgian wine-making. Before we visit David Gareja, a rock-hewn Orthodox monastery complex and Sighndghi - city of love, as it is being called in recent years, we`ll stop in a village of Manavi at the local family to participate in making Churchkhela - Georgian energy bar, walnuts on a stray covered with grape juice and baking Georgian bread. Dinner and wine tasting in Sighnaghi.

Sighnaghi - Chumlaki distilery - Tsinandali - Vardisubani - Ikalto
We`ll start the day with a city tour of Sighnaghi and afterwards depart to a small family Chacha distillery in Chumlaki, will have lunch and proceed to Tsinandali - a manorial estate of Georgian noble house Chavchavadze and a popular place not only for wine lovers. It`s the very first winery in the Alazani Valley was established here. From Tsinandali we`ll visit Qvevri maker in Vardisubani to discover a bit more about Georgian Qvevry vessel. After check in the hotel we`ll drive to the small bio-dynamic winery for diner.

Ikalto - Gremi - Nekresi - Kvareli - Tbilisi
Breakfast. Departure to Kvareli. on the way to Kvareli we`ll stop near the royal castle Gremi (XVI c.). The complex is surrounded by a wall with towers and loopholes. The remains of a secret underground passage leading to the river. There is also a complex of the Church of the Archangels (XVI-XVII century). Continuation of excursion: Nekresi - Monastery complex with one of the oldest chapel (IV c) in Georgia.Visit winery - Khareba, located in the 7, 7 km long tunnel.Late afternoon departure to Tbilisi
